Today i started the blog for the Rocky Mountain Motorcyle Museum for my friend Jim Wear, who is also the director of the museum in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Reader wanted me to ID this frame. Many old frames have frame numbers eradicated by weather over time,so if u find a frame w/out frame number dont be surprised, this frame starts w 234... so 2 for standard scout and 34 for 1934.
Mint 1935 Indian Chief motorcycle frame discovered in Brazil. Clearly visible the hollowed neck, last used on 1935 models, shift off the trans ,so no shifter bracket and neck lock is present.
Fellow enthusiast has this 1914 Thiem motorcycle that needs Thiem engine and tanker, here are fotos of what the missing engine , tanker looks like, he might use a Spache or Cyclone twin engine if one surfaces, If you have it email me .

swapped out the junked steering wheel for a knockoff banjo style. fits and functions great.Life support added where the huge Blaupunkt was long ago removed. far from done but runs every day.
1955 and earlier dash .plenty of work left.
original seats were too far gone to service, got these race car seats in a trade,they work for now.added neck support and safety not offered by the original shoulder height Porsche seats. Wonder how many folks got broken necks from those shoulder height seats?
Of course the Italian advertising above has to have the most style.
